We purchased a misty harbor at the end of the season last year. Rich was our salesman. Words can not describe how great he was to my wife and I. I would like to take this opportunity to take my fishing hat off to Perry Cook the super salesman at Big Bee Boats! He was able to put together a Lowe Rough Neck Tunnel Jet boat package fish ready in short order. He was great to work with and had answers to all my questions. I had a minor problem when we first floated the boat off the trailer. Apparently an object got lodged in the jet drive while backing the boat down the ramp and the boat only had reverse. We put a call into Perry at the ramp, both he and Bill a terrific mechanic came to the launch where we were and had us going in short order. These days customer service like that is very rare. First Class operation. Rich in sales delivered on everything he represented in the sales process. My deal from start to delivery was 72 hours. He answered his phone on his day off and when my boat was delivered a minor minor part on my trailer was broke. He had the part sent to me in 2 days and was so upset that it happened. It shows the attention to detail after the sail and that gives me all the confidence in a long term working relationship with this dealership. Rich set me up with Bill for delivery of my boat. We went to Big Bees because a friend had a good experience there years ago. We are new to boating and expected it to be like a car dealership. Rich met us as we arrived and was awesome to work with. He was informative and helpful without being pushy or hardline. He listened to our needs and showed us a boat (new even though we thought we would have had to buy used, but nope) in our price range. He made time for us and talked and texted with us over a couple of weeks as we made our decision. When we bought the boat (we LOVE it and the research I did showed that it was a great deal) he made sure we had everything a new boater needs, much of which he gave to us without charge. We ordered a 2015 custom made Lowe Tunnel Jet thru Big Bee Boats. We drove the staff at Big Bee Boats Crazy getting the boat just the way we wanted all along the way. We live over 70 miles away and arrived late the day we took delivery, but our test drive with Charles and the paper work with Rich were both perfect and we were on the river that night catching the fish of 10,000 casts, a 19 lb 42 lg Musky. There is an excellent variety of boats with lots of options from which to pick and choose. Our Lowes Stinger Bass Boat was ready when promised. Good communication existed between Big Bee and the insurance company and our credit union and us. Our salesperson, Perry, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without having the high pressured sales pitch. He addressed his comments and questions to both of us. The inclusion of the required safety accessories sealed the deal for us. We arrived a week later to take possession of our boat. Perry was marvelous. He gave us a thorough hands on presentation of the boats functions from stem to stern, including the trailer, fish finder, trolling motor, Mercury motor and the boat itself. Perry took time to answer all questions. We left the dealership feeling confident and ready to launch that boat!

After several days on the road and 1800 miles later Im walking trough the door to meet Rich. I cant say enough about Rich Super guy! Perry did an excellent job for us. I basically told him what boat I wanted and how much I could pay monthly and we walked out with a new Lowe Skorpion bass boat. I went with the Skorpion because most of the lakes I fish or either trolling motor only or have a 20 hp max limit. The Skorpion is lighter than similar 16 boats but also has a wider beam so I still get the space but dont have to sacrifice motor performance. All in all, it was a great experience dealing with Big Bee and a great product.

Well, what sealed the deal was that the salesperson Rich, was so darn helpful and friendly, it just made the experience enjoyable! They not only took my trade-ins at fair value they provided a package service that you just cant hate. This includes the 10% off additional boating equipment one needs to get going! On my first trip out with the boat I had an issue when starting the engine,It would not start,after remembering something Rich had told me about the Volvo Penta throttle system the engine started.And also you can learn a lot when you read the operators manual.The system is a little different then any thing that I was used to.
